ArtsZone seeks to accomplish its goals through partnerships with Elizabeth City/Pasquotank public school system including artists from diverse disciplines, backgrounds, and cultures.

The core objectives of our Arts-in-education program are to enhance learning by:
Providing opportunities for students to experience quality, educational, curriculum-based artistic exposure.

Infusing the arts in the core-curriculum through residencies, workshops, demonstrations, performances and other creative activities.

A discipline-based art education curriculum in:
Visual Arts, Dance, Music, Theater, Literature and Multimedia Arts.
Residencies conducted by experienced visiting artists in multidisciplinary arts.
In-school Performance and Teacher/Staff Development
Classroom Workshops and Short/Long-term Residencies
